John Pollitz’s unique set of skills blends strategy and services with expertise in home renovation, real estate sales, and program and operation management. John has successfully led teams in achieving over $2 billion in revenue. He has helped launch hundreds of homes for Tessellation Real Estate and Tess Pollitz while bringing up key service providers, systems, and tools and providing marketing and data analysis support.
John has served in various executive and program management roles and has in-depth knowledge of the local markets, sales and marketing, customer service, project management, home design, and real estate processes, which makes him effective in engaging buyers and sellers, agents, and service providers.
Before joining Tessellation Real Estate, John managed multiple teams, products, and systems, which resulted in revenues of over $1 billion per year. John has also been a vice president of operations and customer service for a startup, a director of new product introduction, and a product manager. He has renovated and prepared homes throughout the area. John holds an engineering degree from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. In addition to being a licensed real estate agent, he also holds advanced management and project management certifications.
